Biography
Edit
Adoption
Edit
Ryuusei Cartwright is a Vesperian, born on the planet of Vesper, to Elizabeth, who fell in love and married Matthew Twain who already had a daughter named Lisa Runde Smith . He was adopted by Mathew, and renamed Robert Twain , until he killed his adoptive father and reverted his old name. Still, he took on his stepfather's role as head of N.O.V.A. for some time .
the Truth Saga
Edit
In the Truth Saga, he is one of the seekers' worst enemy. He plays mental games and makes deal with the seekers in exchange for services to him. He killed Diviara's wife to test Diviara's loyalty.
Tool of Division
Edit
Ryuusei Cartwright wanted to take on the Legacy of Xilar, and separate Unity. He was first labeled as "Servant of The'Galin" before his true name was told. He said that the Network won when the Clan Leaders where saved, because they choose to separate, which is a result of the legacy, which separates Unity.
General of The'Galin
Edit
After Diviara Celegra's defection from the rank of General, Ryuusei Cartwright became the new General of the Network to take his place . He is nothing like the Brilhado , and he does not understand The'Galin's true purpose .
He is a communicant of The'Galin and he would do anything to carry out his master's plans , even though he doesn't understand them very well .
Conflict with Xilar
Edit
Due to Ryuusei not understanding the Devourer's true purpose , once even disobedient an order from Ojo himself , and even directly confronted Xilar! He did not understand the advices of the wise silari, that told him to be careful of what he wishes for, since it may actually happen .
The Manifestation
Edit
Ryuusei attacked the Temple of Hope. He is responsible for the death of Galrick, who sacrificed himself to delay Ryuusei. He is actually the avatar of Omega, the Devourer himself. He was badly wounded by Amiliara , thus making The'Galin posses his body and manifesting himself as Omega .
Omega
Edit

Added by SmartzardAs Omega , The'Galin killed Nightbane and attacked the Temple of Hope, but the avatars defeated him and even Lorithia came to aid Unity , thus making The'Galin abandon Ryuusei's body. Ryuusei, who still didn't realize the Devourer's purpose , pledged his master to not abandon his plans of devouring Lore. He was ultimately killed by Beleqwaya Melamin, who sacrificed himself to destroy his enemy. Eventually, Agent Smith shared the same fate.
Revival
Edit
The player soon enters the Deep Void to rescue Beleqwaya. Though he ultimately succeeds, the player accidentally leaves the gate that allowed Beleqwaya to return open. Therefore, Ryuusei also managed to escape. However, since his restoration, he became a completely different person, he's less evil and destructive than he ever could be prior to his death.
Father of Absolix
Edit
With the help of his servants, the Mutant King and Visia the Shapeshifter, Cartwright created Absolix. He stated that he currently wants only to "play chess", and observe rather than interfere . He treated Absolix as his son, and allowed him to make his own mistakes, to teach him somethings, and punished him as any father would do after he wanted to take over the world. He half cried when he thought that his son died, and made sure that Absolix had learned that evil and domination were fruitless and immoral. This opens up the possibility of Absolix serving as a hero rather than a villain in the future.
Creator of Shearhide
Edit
The next thing Ryuusei Cartwright did was to create Shearhide from a dragon named Rath who wanted to invade both space and Lore . He used the Astramorph Device. He has a plenty of his mysterious spheres at his disposal. He stated that he only offered Rath the ability to survive on both Lore and space, rather than making him to conquer the world. After the player defeats Shearhide, Cartwright congratulates the player on his victory and offers the same power to the player.
Bizarrre Flecks Saga
Edit

Added by Andra2404Ryuusei Cartwright's next appearance is in the Bizarre Flecks Saga, in which he is followed by several undeads: an undead archer, an undead ninja, and an undead skull ape which he brought from a mysterious portal. The adventurer thinks that he wants to use the Cold, even though he claimed that he doesn't. Ryuusei also asks him not to harm the undead too much as they had no choice. During the saga, two Cartwrights appeared; the first Cartwright to appear in the quest was not happy for the other Cartwright to come .
The true Cartwright received a proposal of revenge and power from Minister Bree'Ha, which he denied; he could not even comprehend those things , unlike his former self prior to his revival from the Void . He didn't react when Bree'Ha called him human, not vesperian, and said that every race is part human inside.
It was revealed that the pure hearted Cartwright was coming from Terra, and that he was an analog of Ryuusei Cartwright, and that he was a bizzare Mirror Ryuusei Cartwright. He was traveling with Ryuusei's son, Gaiden, which was captured by an evil mirror version of Artix von Krieger, which is necromancer instead paladin.
Later on, the heroes of Lore and the Mirror Ryuusei needed help from the true Cartwright, which required going deep into the scar to ask for his help. Despite initial fears concerning Cartwright's evil, the true Cartwright is immediately ready to go rescue Gaiden. Both Visia and Cenara also accompany them. Cartwright would eventually lend aid to the battle against Xitra Regeirk and help to reconstruct Mirror Lore afterwards.
Abilities
Edit
Ryuusei Cartwright has the ability to use the Cold very well, being the only one one shown in battle besides The'Galin to use three cold strikes in quick succession. Unlike Diviara, Cartwright had no qualms about using the Cold for his own amusement and even threatened it on his own servants. Cartwright also has the ability to turn his arm into The'Galin's shadowy claw or call upon the power of Omega himself. After Cartwright's resurrection, he still has this power but with less power than before.

Edit
- He was called by Xilar a "xenophobic racist and a very evil man" completely ignorant of the purpose of The'Galin and The Network , due to him not understanding the true purpose of the Devourer , and because Ryuusei showed little respect the other races excepting the vesperians . When he was revived , Ryuusei showed no disrespect to the other races , even allowing Minister Bree'Ha call him human .

Edit
- He was called "the man in Sandy Claws suit" by Dewlok.
